Rosie General is a family run bakery and delicatessen with house made bread, pastries, cakes and cookies, cured meat and fish and locally sourced produce and Mud coffee. We also have a carefully stocked general store of well curated provisions, Hudson Valley beer, cheese, honey, charcuterie and vegetables, and pantry items and homemade condiments, like hot sauce, pickles, mustards, sauces, vintage candy.
